What's a “seat”? A seat is one
named user login on the
platform — an employee, administrator or contractor who signs in to PRISM. “Up to 25 seats” means up to
25 such logins. Your own
end customers (CIAM / B2C / B2B users you onboard) are
not counted as seats and scale separately. Need more seats than a
